Return Policy

Girlyaccess™ evaluates return requests through a documented review process.

Return Request Period
Requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Condition Requirements
Items must:

— remain unused
— retain original packaging
— include all tags and components
— show no signs of wear or alteration

Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are not eligible:

— final clearance merchandise
— customized items
— worn accessories
— items returned without prior authorization

Authorization Procedure
Before sending any item back, email service@girlyaccess.com with:

• order number
• product name
• brief reason for request

Written approval must be issued before shipment. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Inspection & Outcome
Returned items are reviewed within approximately five business days of receipt.
If approved, a refund is issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless an order fulfillment error occurred.

Damaged Deliveries
If an item arrives visibly damaged, contact us within forty-eight (48) hours and provide photographic documentation.
