All orders enter a preparation stage before carrier pickup. Preparation does not include transit time.

Estimated delivery ranges are shown during checkout. These represent carrier averages and are not guaranteed dates.

C. Carrier Responsibility
Once a shipment is transferred to the carrier, delivery scheduling falls under the carrier’s operational control.

D. Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information may be subject to reshipment fees.
